Sarah Blackburn

Sarah is an adaptable, highly creative Curriculum Developer, Teacher Trainer, and Early Childhood Specialist. She has a proven record of transmitting complex ideas to children and adults of all ages using innovative teaching tools that are effective and fun.

As the Associate Director of Bilingual Birdies - a New York City based children's language and music program, she thrived for over 10-years as a natural leader and close advisor for a small business that has grown to be an international staple among early childhood language programs.

Sarah is also an avid meditator, and life long learner of eastern philosophy.  Her deep love of meditation and yoga combined with her expertise designing and implementing curriculum for young children has led her to teach in several kids' camps across Asia as one of the primary Youth Coordinators specializing in mindful movement and meditation. She has also completed two meditation teacher trainings - one at The Interdependence Project founded by Ethan Nictern and dedicated to making meditation secular and accessible, and the other at the Three Jewel Outreach Center, a non-profit founded by Geshe Michael Roach that is changing the tide of wellness in the New York and beyond. In her spare time, Sarah is the volunteer Director of Membership at Three Jewels, and enjoys making music, cooking, studying eastern philosophy and guiding meditation on social media.

Mackenzie Kear

Mackenzie is determined to incorporate yoga into all aspects of life. At work you'll find her at a standing desk in a tree pose, at home you'll hear her talking about ethics around the dinner table, at the cafe you'll see her cleaning the space, at the studio you'll see her meditating. She completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Y7 Studio in 2017 and a 200-hour meditation teacher training at Three Jewels NYC in 2019. Through her practice she has observed a recurring thought, "I wish I knew then what I know now". She aims to take this teaching and give younger generations the gift of yoga.
